ADVANCED SCRUM CASE STUDIES


TAdvanced Scrum Case Studies is a series of seminar sessions designed to teach advanced level Scrum Framework theories and concepts to help PSM I holders prepare for the PSM II assessment. Case based preparation for taking the advanced level Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) assessment administered by Scrum.org.

There are approximately 500,000 Certified Scrum Masters (CSM) certification holders worldwide. There are also about, 40,000 Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certificate holders worldwide. These certifications indicate that the recipient has demonstrated “basic level” knowledge of the Scrum Framework and is competent to serve as a Scrum Master on a Scrum team.

There is also an advanced certification called “Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II). This certification indicates that the recipient has demonstrated “advanced/expert” level knowledge of Scrum. Earning this certification is quite difficult. There are only about 250 PSM II holders worldwide.
